The orange liquer is a wonderful secret ingredient as you don't taste it and much as find balance (of the richness of the chocolate) with it. <BR/>As an aside, the mix of chocolate, cinnamon and orange reminds me of Maya Gold from Green & Blacks.Andreahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07871440314978538459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3672211513048901961.post-66782872797792601092008-04-28T11:49:00.000-04:002008-04-28T11:49:00.000-04:002008-04-28T11:49:00.000-04:00These look great. I know it seems like a lot to some people, but it has such a great flavor and matches so well with chocolate that I'd bet it makes a great addition.Fearless Kitchenwww.fearlesskitchen.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3672211513048901961.post-64441552989341062142008-04-20T19:48:00.000-04:002008-04-20T19:48:00.000-04:002008-04-20T19:48:00.000-04:00Ahh I remember the First Time 'Boscoe' made these ...Ahh I remember the First Time 'Boscoe' made these cookies...Doug (Mit2)noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3672211513048901961.post-52923476772642142482008-03-08T15:44:00.000-05:002008-03-08T15:44:00.000-05:002008-03-08T15:44:00.000-05:00I want to try these cookies, but I'm afraid of the...I want to try these cookies, but I'm afraid of the 4 teaspoons of cinnamon...isn't that too much? My oversight. Sorry about that.Boscompbhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13404169381490593932noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3672211513048901961.post-55082588273942858612008-03-06T12:02:00.000-05:002008-03-06T12:02:00.000-05:002008-03-06T12:02:00.000-05:00Hi Boscoe, The recipe looks great, I love those co...Hi Boscoe, The recipe looks great, I love those cookies and can't wait to make some. Do you really mean "Convection" in the oven temp directions or should that be "conventional" if it is supposed to be "convection" maybe you should also put in the adjustment for "conventional" ovens for those who only have conventional ovens.
