Hello Ladies, Gentlemen and anyone else who might be taking the time to read this.........After a million excuses, inexcusable absences and a host of other reasons for failing to visit and entertain you on a routine basis.......I'm actually.......for real.......coming back to the one thing I love with my heart and soul, and this time, won't become deterred anymore.......so help me God and anyone else out there that has so far made it next to impossible for me to blog on a semi-regular basis.......WHEW!........Talk about a LONG WINDED statement.......lol.

It's TRUE.........and I'm determined to forge ahead, despite what most people would call two years of unadulterated hell, and a bevy of iron clad circumstances that would have prevented even the most determined of people from moving ahead.  Having just patted myself on the back, and feeling a tad better about getting back to work, I'm now ready to move ahead and begin anew what I've loved for so long, yet have avoided, been unable to accomplish or just plain eliminated altogether due to extenuating circumstances.  And that my friends........is just the beginning.

I have a LOT of pent up energy, surprises and more in store for you, and thank God that I've got at least "2" people still following me!  I'm actually surprised that I even have that many, given the proliferation of other top notch food blogs that are routinely entertaining, informative and fun to read.  But folks, please try to give me a chance as I try to resurrect my tattered image and basically begin anew.  I promise to make good on so many, many months of no-show activity, and will ask you to be the judge.

For now............I've got a late dinner to get on the table, but could not wait another minute to tell you that there's a lot of great, new stuff heading your way, and I hope that "both" of you are waiting with baited breath.
