Boscoe Bakes......."Orange White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake"

I came across a recent recipe for White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake posted by Taste of Home.  Loving white chocolate and cheesecake, I decided to make this, but of course, had to add my own personal touches.  I included the zest of one orange and doubled the vanilla extract.  Also I used strawberry preserves, since raspberry jam was not readily available.  Overall, I think the flavor is very nice, but the small chunks of white chocolate annoy me.  I would have melted them down and incorporated them while mixing. This thought came to me as  I was preparing the cake, but I dismissed it and hoped that they just might melt since they were the real deal (made with cocoa butter) Well, I'll let my friends decide for themselves, since it is being served tonight at one of our weekly get togethers. The original recipe can be found at http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/White-Chocolate-Raspberry-Cheesecake So, if you decide to make it, I would highly recommend that you incorporate the white chocolate in a molten state. This would add to the creamy texture as well as highlight and incorporate the lovely flavor attributes of white chocolate. Also the addition of the zest gives this cake a lovely citus touch which marries nicely with the strawberry preserves. Let me know what you think................
